Dr. Matt Green

Summary of Experience:
I am a Research Manager at Rentokil providing support for entomological projects and field trials in 82 countries. I manage the entomology laboratory and lead a mixture of different research projects and urban pest best practice testing, I have worked for Rentokil for 14 years and before that I worked at a specialist timber decay consultancy having gained my PhD in wood-boring beetle biology. I have experience working in lots of different urban entomology fields from termite monitoring, cockroach control in developing countries, fly behavioural research and urban mosquito programme management.

I have worked on a number of different innovation projects in the last 3 years including bringing to market the first commercially viable UV LED insect light trap, registering a fungal insecticide for sewer cockroaches and testing many, many different bed bug traps.
